It is for this reason that we feel the choice, the conservation and the quality of each product is important. Madagascar has always cultivated or cropped from the wild categories of spices which are recognized worldwide as being among the best.

Cannelle (Cinnamomum zeylanicum - Cinnamon)
Curcuma (Curcuma longa - Tumeric or African safron)
Gingembre (Zingiber officinale - Ginger)
Girofle (clous) (Eugenia caryophilata - Cloves)
Piment (Capsicum frutescens - Pimento)
Poivre noir (Piper negrum - Black pepper)
Vanille (Vanilla planifolia - Vanilla)

We have temporarily stopped importing spices

Minimum order is 50 kilos per spice and 100 kilos of spice products.
